This black Fold over elastic, also known as FOE, is lightweight elastic that is creased down the middle so you can fold it in half. This elastic has a matte side and a shiny side, which both can be used as the right side. It can be used to make bras, underwear, dance wear and more.

This elastic can be used on the shiny side to add a touch of glam or on the matte side to add a subtle matte touch to your garment.

Measuring 5/8” when flat, folded, measures 5/16”.

This listing is for ONE metre cut. If ordering more than one, you will receive a continuous cut e.g. If you order two metres, you will receive a 2m cut and not 2x1m cuts.
